About Us

Stephen  has had a varied career in the commodities trading, music, and event  planning business and cost segregation studies. He’s also spent over 20 years consulting in the  hospitality, restaurant, retail, and non-profit industries. After graduating with a B.S. in Accounting from Penn State, Stephen started in the Finance Division of Drexel Burnham Lambert.

Eventually, he moved to a subsidiary specializing in Foreign Exchange, Precious  Metals, and Oil trading. Stephen  was a Regional Director for Legatus, a fraternal organization of  Catholic CEOs and Presidents of mid to large size businesses.

For  a number of years, Edward worked as an Account Executive for several  Financial Institutions, including Investec and GKN Securities. Over the  last ten years, he has worked in the software industry throughout the  U.S. for firms like Pearson, Aetna, and Scholastic.

He has always had a keen interest in real estate with a focus on on cost segregation studies and brokerage.

When  Edward is not working helping his clients extract value from their CRE Holdings, he can be found competing in Spartan runs,  skiing throughout the U.S., or trying to learn Russian.
